Chef Sterling Smith is a Corporate Executive Chef for Sodexo. An award-winning chef with over 30 years of experience, Sterling received his formal training in the U.S. Air Force and at the Culinary Institute of America. His favorite task in the kitchen is baking, especially special occasion cakes. His other passion is inspiring and mentoring young people. If he had to eat one thing the rest of his life, it’d be pancakes – the first thing he ever learned to make.
