Chef Joe Zahner is responsible for assisting with menu and recipe development for Sodexo’s Offer Development Center. With more than 40 years of experience, Joe truly loves to cook. In his spare time, he teaches classes at a cooking school in St. Paul, Minnesota. His favorite thing to make is a crowd-pleasing, perfectly roasted, dry-aged prime beef. Joe’s favorite kitchen tool is his six-inch chef’s knife because “you can do 90% of anything you need to” with it.
