Brendan’s a hands-on person, and he’s always been drawn to food. Growing up on a 30-acre farm in New Jersey was a major influence, and so was his father who introduced him to fine dining. He’s passionate about French cuisine, having worked with some of the biggest names in the field. Brendan loves the thrill of creating something new that he knows people will love. Having learned the French techniques, he now enjoys breaking the rules to define his own style.
