At Sodexo, we believe in our chefs and their talents. We provide extensive culinary training to keep them updated with the latest trends as well as developing our junior chefs for the future. You can expect our chefs to prepare and serve authentic dishes with produce and dairy often sourced locally within your community and always served fresh daily. A number of our chefs have been awarded the highest of culinary awards, won global culinary competitions and you’ll even find a few of them on The Food Channel.
Over 80 countries around the world enjoy our food and we are proud to share our global culinary talents by bringing more than 25 chefs to individual Sodexo accounts in the US each year. Our global chefs share their heritage and culinary inspirations by giving our consumers a taste of authentic dishes while working in our kitchens side-by-side with our US chefs. You’ll find some of these chefs and recipes featured throughout this site.
We are proud of our food heritage. Sodexo is recognized for serving great food in some of the most prestigious locations in the world like the world famous Le Jules Verne, Paris. The Ascot Race courses, Tour de France and the Rugby World Cup are just a few of the premier events we serve.
Sodexo also works with small minority partners and food suppliers as well as some of the largest global brands in the world to focus on great tasting healthy recipes that are mindful. Our recipes never compromise on ingredients or flavor, which directly impacts the quality of life of our customers.
Our consumers have asked for our recipes. And in doing a bit of research, we found it difficult to find a recipe site that wasn’t trying to sell you something or a site that didn’t have advertising. So we decided to create one. For the benefit of our customers, we took our favorite recipes, tips and ideas, and put them into this site that we call In My Kitchen. Each recipe on this site has been developed, tested, paneled, photographed and brought directly to you – no ads – no commercials – just a raw authentic love for food.
