Chef Tomaž Slatnar of Slovenia joined Sodexo in 1996. His experience includes Ljubljana’s 5-Star Hotel Lev where he worked as Executive Chef. In 2008 he went to Beijing, China, accompanying the Slovenian Olympic Team. Currently, he works as the manager of Prestige Catering. He is honored to visit new countries, meet new faces and represent Slovenian cuisine.
