Murat Er – GERMANY Global Chef

From 1998-2001, Chef Er successfully completed his apprenticeship as a cook in the Three-star Strohgäu Hotel in Münchingen Korntal. Between 2001 and 2008 he gained experience as Commis de Cuisine, demi Chef de cuisine and then Chef de Partie in various hotels and restaurants.

From 2008-2011 he worked successfully as a Sous Chef in the Four-star Nestor Hotel in Ludwigsburg.. Between 2011 and 2013 he gained leadership experience at the Bomex Food & Services GmbH in the restaurant Blaue Agave in Ludwigsburg.

Since 2013 Mr ER has been working for Sodexo. First at Stuttgart Engineering Park (STEP) where he was responsible for approximately 600 guests daily as well as providing for several external firms such as Yves Rocher, Price Waterhouse Coopers and AXA, also for 11 schools with around 850 children.

In April 2014 he was asked to take over the company restaurant of T-Systems in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. He is in charge of 12 cooks and kitchen workers and provides catering for approximately 1000 guests daily as well as for the external firms Yves Rocher, Price Waterhouse Coopers and AXA.
